Customer Service Representative
This position interfaces directly with customers, external and internal. The Customer Service Rep is an essential part of the order fulfillment process and matches Augmenix’s internal resources with customer needs and expectations. The Customer Service Team serves as the focal point for our Customers and our commercial sales and management team, and provides premier service thereby increasing Customer satisfaction, growth, and loyalty.
Clinical Trainer (West Coast)
Responsible and accountable for providing product and related procedural training to sales representatives, clinical specialists and managers focusing on Augmenix products and procedures. Travels routinely to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness. Support reps with launch of new and complex product lines. This role will be responsible for all aspects of training, including onboarding, pre course training, primary training and post training. The position involves participating in sales training at the home office and in the field and will also be responsible for providing input and feedback for the development & maintenance of training materials.
