Daniel Mazur, MD
Dr. Mazur was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. He completed his undergraduate education in 2007 at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he graduated summa cum laude and was a Bronze Tablet recipient. He received his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2011. Dr. Mazur stayed at Northwestern to complete his internship and residency in urology, where he was recognized for excellence in teaching.
Prior to joining Urology Associates, Dr. Mazur completed a fellowship in male reproductive medicine and surgery as well as in men’s sexual health at the Baylor College of Medicine with one of the world’s experts in male infertility, vasectomy reversal, erectile dysfunction and testosterone therapy.
Dr. Mazur is experienced in all areas of urology, and has specialized expertise in male infertility, vasectomy reversal, testosterone therapy, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease and andrology/men’s health. He cares for patient needs by providing personalized medical and surgical care, tailored to each patient.
In his spare time, he is an avid outdoorsman, reader and lifelong student, with a special interest in history.
