William Clark, MD
Dr. Clark is a native of Alton, Illinois. He is a 1975 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and he earned his medical degree at Chicago Medical School. He subsequently served as a flight surgeon at Elmendorf Air Force Base, receiving Flight Surgeon of the Year recognition in 1981.
Dr. Clark completed his residency in urologic surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, finishing his fellowship in 1986. He returned to Elmendorf Air Force Base and served as Chief of Urology for the Alaska Command.
Dr. Clark entered private practice with Alaska Urological Institute in the fall of 1989. He has published articles and presented papers in all aspects of urologic practice. He is editor of Alaska Medicine and a diplomate of the American Board of Urology (board-certified).
